Aloha! We're Back!

We're back from our vacation in Hawaii. Mateyo is now a shade darker than a milk dud, and the aloha spirit we all felt is still lingering even as we re-enter the rat race. I will post all our pictures on Flickr shortly, until then, here's a preview to tide you over. peace, laks.

What's that guy up to?

We've been so busy that I haven't been able to post anything recently, but now that I'm here, might as well give you the low down on all things Mateyo, two weeks into his sophomore year.

Well, for one thing, the Monday after his bday party he took his FIRST STEPS on the lawn (no video, darn) in front of my mom's house, the funny thing is since then he hasn't wanted to walk again, so we're being patient.

We started things off with some record shopping and representing for DJ Ninong. Cindy had enough of Mateyo's beatnik lifestyle and decided to give him a little trim, and he seems to be none the wiser. We also hung out with some friends, partied by the ocean and ate some tasty "chicken" dishes.

Overall, I think the 2nd year campaign has started off with a bang, now if we can only figure out this spoon thing.
